This is what we use to make our culture. Make this in a glass jar with a cover. Make it in an incubator for 6 to 8 hours or until it has the texture of mayonnaise. DO NOT try to make it in the oven as this will not work and it will kill the active germ. Put as much canned milk with this package as you like. Remember the more milk the longer it takes to culture up. Always keep in refrigerator when not in use and do not put a dirty spoon into mixture when serving.
