How long will my order take to ship?

We are a small business, so we try to ship orders within 3 business days. Unfortunately, there may be times when this is not possible. If you place a large order or if you place an order when we are out of town, at a show, we will ship your order within 7 days. We will contact you if this happens, so you will stay informed on the time frame.

Which shipping service do you ship orders through?

We ship most orders through USPS, using 3 day Priority Mail.

Magazines are shipped through USPS using Ground Advantage.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do ship outside of the US. However, due to tariffs and customs, shipping can get expensive, in which you are responsible for. We are not responsible for any additional shipping cost that you may be charged by the country in which you receive your order. We also can NOT guarantee that customs will allow your package to go through.

How do I place an order outside of the United States?

Please e-mail us at niteowlsupplies@gmail.com to place or inquire about placing an order. Due to the time difference, we are not always available to take calls made outside of the US.


Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We are always looking to expand our business and reach customers in your area. How do I become a wholesale customer?

To become a wholesale customer, please contact us. We require a minimum order totaling $1,000 USD for your first order. You are then required to purchase a minimum of $1,000 per year to maintain wholesale customer status.

What if I enter my address incorrectly when placing my order?

We all make mistakes, however, if you do enter your address incorrectly when placing your order and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying additional shipping cost, to have your package resent to the correct address.

What if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint, we ask that you reach out to us. We pride ourselves on the best product with exceptional customer service. We want the chance to make it right!
